Two months in and the twirl blondie is still going strong! You've shown this and our salted espresso blondie so much love, they're our clear best-selling seasonal flavours. They've even topped our cream egg scotch balls this Easter. We're keeping count and this one might just make the cut as a permanent menu item 🥰😍

We’re proud to say, there’s no disruption in service this end. Easter alike Christmas is extremely busy for us. We are still taking orders and still delivering 7 days a week.

It’s Easter 🐣 time. It’s Looking quite frankly filthy in the studio. Cream egg scotch eggs. We don’t f**k about with just shoving a cream egg in brownie, we roll it in biscuit, we drench it with milk chocolate, we finish it with a foam egg…. Because it’s Easter.

We out. 🎤 drop.

A little photo dump of some interesting things from Team Pat a Cake in the last two weeks.

1) A pocket money challenge for the kids. Who can make up 1000 boxes faster 😜
2) Another site of Derby Uni secured - welcome to the family The Cavendish!
3) Some sponsored athletes from - today’s game was a 7-1 win!
4) We went and saw our sponsored athlete compete in London! Where he secured plenty of medals including this very shiny gold!
5) We fell in love with Cornflake Tart all over again
6) We had our busiest day in production to date
7) We secured yet ANOTHER five star hygiene rating and scored extremely well with a perfect score.
8)….which meant I took the bakers for cocktails.
9) The scaffolding went up to change light bulbs. And we tried to use it as like a manhattan esq backdrop. It didn’t really work. But by gosh doesn’t the savage slice look savage.

We hope you all a wonderful Christmas.

We couldn’t let the opportunity go by without saying thank you. For your custom, your support, your shares, your likes, positive chat, genuinely we love Christmas. We’ve gone from a one man band 3 years ago to a full team of bakers, account managers; ops members, drivers and for that we thank you. You’re incredible. Here’s a picture of my mum and son on Christmas Day ready and waiting with the cream and ice cream for the Christmas Cake.

Alright you lovely lot?!

Christmas is just 42 sleeps away, and we’re starting to get pretty busy.

We’re looking for a fun living and fancy free chap or chapess to help in our lovely bakery on a Friday from 9:30-2:00. For now this is a temp job, with a view (competency based) on more hours and becoming a shiny permanent fixture of the Pat a cake team.

We’re based in West Hallam. The work itself will be loading dishwashers, lining trays and then when you’re ready - moving onto our cookie production!

We’ll pay for and put you through all the relevant training and we’ve even booked you a space on the Christmas do.
