You all thought I was building one… but I've been keeping another not so little secret!

I'm so excited to announce that in addition to my beautiful cake shed, I will also have a cake fridge! Giving you even more choice when choosing the freshly baked treats and seasonal surprises I will be offering!

Not only this but I will also be operating with a card machine inside the shed to make it even easier to purchase the bakes you love.

✨️Mia Bakes x Canalside Cakery✨️

I have so many ideas, treats and seasonal special bakes planned that I just can't wait to share with everyone.
It's been a safely guarded secret until now as honestly the self doubt has been loud!

I'm so passionate about spreading joy and I absolutely adore baking, seeing the enjoyment when people taste my food is just amazing to me! Baking is more than a job to me and I really do put my heart and soul into everything I make.

I will still be offering my bespoke cakes but the cake shed will enable me to mix things up and offer a more diverse range of tasty treats!

Eek I honestly can't wait...

Last nights bake was this gorgeous cow print with hot pink piped details all made in buttercream. This client had a very specific brief and wanted to add her own finishing decorations, so I had to really restrain myself to stay on task. Think it turned out so pretty and love this colour combo!

When the inside is as pretty as the outside...😍I LOVE making heart shaped cakes and this one is going to be stunning when it is finished! For now it has been filled to the brim with silky vanilla buttercream, raspberry conserve and crumb coated ready for its final decorations this evening...any guesses as to the theme? 👀

Baking is not the ideal job to have when you have zero self restraint absolutely LOVE food! 😬😋
Unfortunately this glorious Cadbury caramel button shortbread was not for a customer so there is no saving me this week!
It's been so nice to just enjoy some home baking time with my small people, even if the results are ruining my waistline! 🤣🤦‍♀️👀
