What the heck is that?!

It's a Burnt Basque Cheesecake, actually.

This iconic Spanish dessert that originated in San Sebastián, has a (very) caramelized, bittersweet exterior with a wonderfully rich, light, and custardy interior.

It proved to be a great success with one of our customers this week.
