This weeks cake was a huge 4 layer 8" vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. Finished with a white chocolate ganache and fondant.

It was a tricky week this week for making cakes but we managed it, and I think it came out well. 🥰

This payday falls in the holidays so doing it slightly later.

We have the following on offer...

Cornflake crunch cake...chocolate sponge topped with chocolate ganache and chocolate cornflake topping.

Jammy dodger blondies.... white choc chip blondie with raspberry jam swirls and jammy dodger biscuit pieces topped with a whole biscuit.

Smores deep dish cookie....chocolate chip cookie filled with digestive pieces and mini marshmallows topped with chocolate, large toasted marshmallows and digestive crumbs ( contains nuts )

£3.50 each or 3 for £10..

A 6" brownie slab filled with your favourite chocolate. Topped with chocolate spread and more of your fave chocolate pieces and a topper for your special occasion.

These are a great cake alternative and perfect for a smaller option.
