Our Manchester Tart-style Sponge Cake is back by popular demand! 😍

A moist vanilla sponge layered with raspberry jam, topped with silky patisserie custard, a generous sprinkle of coconut, and finished with a classic cherry on top. 🍰❤️

We’ll be closed today and tomorrow while we restock and get everything ready for Wednesday afternoon onwards.
