The time has come for us to close the oven door in our home bakery for good. We make this announcement with a heavy heart and want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last 2 years.

With huge rising costs, and my other business(es) getting busier, it’s sadly no longer sustainable for us to carry on.

However, we know that many of you have not found anything vegan & gluten free with such good gooey soft baked textures and so…

We are super excited to bring your our first recipe book, and share our *secrets* behind vegan & gluten free bakes that are NEVER sandy or dry. Soft baked, gooey goodness only!!

As we came to the decision to close the doors to our online bakery, we knew we wanted to give something back to you all. Plus, we didn't want any one to have to go back to those dry & nasty alternatives; this is for all of you so that you can still get your chunky cookie fix.

We started The Chunky Cookie Co because we wanted to show that vegan & gluten free bakes really can taste as good (if not better) than alternatives, and we really hope you enjoy baking your own.

The only 3 photos I took all day 🙈😄 Thank you to everyone who bought from us today! 💚👍🏻🍪 We had a mega busy morning followed by a steady afternoon, and almost sold out! Just 2 left for us, what a damn shame 😂🖤🍪

We met so many lush people today, including lots who found us for the first time 👌🏻🍪🥰 We really hope you enjoy your chunky treats!! 💚🤗

Well, well, well.... Guess who's all set up and almost ready to go?!
Yep, that's right: flatbreads are done, salads chopped. All we need to do now is: squeezing roughly around 100 limes, season all the slaws 🤣

We're at today serving kebabs, sexy spuds and Thai Curry until 5pm [or sell out]
Tomorrow [Sunday] we will be at with the same menu....PLUS cookies!
We will be serving from 12 until 6pm...and there will be 3 of us, so we'll be super fast!

We’re always here to show that vg & gf bakes can be unbelievably delicious 🤤🤍✨ No sandy, dry cookies here! Only mega chunky, soft baked, gooey middle cookies are allowed 👏🏻🤗

Our chunky cookies last up to a week (if you can resist them for that long 😂), just put them in an airtight container to keep them fresh 👌🏼😋🍪
