So a customer sent in the cake picture on the left but didn't want pink, she wanted yellow instead. She specifically instructed that she didn't want any gold. She asked for yellow, white, silver and brown. The palm leave wasn't available and it was agreed that I'll replace with silver flowers.
I made the cake on the right.
She picked the cake, at first claiming that she's paid the balance. On checking my account, the balance wasn't there. She then said I wasn't creative and the cake I made is 's**t'
She refused to pay the balance and cursed me on the phone.
She also said she sent my cake to all her contacts including another cake maker and that they all laughed at my cake.
She said my business is fake and she will report me to Instagram.
The above is just some of the things she said. I can't repeat some of them.
Even though, cakes is not my main source of income and it's not the balance that hurts, it's the way I was spoken to and treated.
