For just £10 you’ll get 4 Delicious Vanilla Cupcakes topped with Vanilla Buttercream and Sporty Fondant Toppers plus a Chocolate Sport Ball (the chocolate ball can be ⚽️⛳️🎾or⚾️)!

Indulged in a spot of Easter Baking today with my take on the traditional Simnel Cake in cupcake form, of course I made 11 of them to represent the symbolic 11 marzipan balls on the usual cake 💛

Have to say I’ve impressed myself with how delicious these actually are! 😁 A lightly spiced fruited sponge with marzipan baked within it topped with a lemon glacé icing and a toasted marzipan topper - lovely with a cuppa and perfect for Easter! 💛

Oh and some Chocolate Cornflake Nests as well because they’re so easy and yummy too! 💛🐣

So excited to finally show you all something I’ve been working on for a while - these oh so cute cupcakes combining the 2 quintessential Easter themes of Hot Cross Buns and Easter Bunnies - resulting in Hot Cross Bunnies of course!!

Each Hot Cross Bunny Cupcake (either Chocolate or Vanilla sponge) comes sitting in a pink nest with a handful of delicious chocolate mini eggs in it’s own colourfully decorated box tied with a pretty Easter ribbon!
