What better way to celebrate an incredible 90 years than with a very special cake created around a much-loved passion? ❤️

This bespoke British Rail steam train cake was such a pleasure to create, complete with intricate details, coal, wheels, carriage features and a beautiful floral celebration board.

This is where it all started 14 years ago

I dear friend asked if I would make her wedding cake at the time I was a mobile hair and beauty therapist not a cake maker.

She had seen the cake I had made for my kids and we were moving to Cornwall the next month, I decided if I could pull this cake off I would become a cake maker in my new home.

Was not an easy journey when I moved to Cornwall I was told my buissness was not viable.

Well 14 years later I am still hear with a thriving business even after leaving Cornwall less than a year ago to move back home and my business is still running with regular customers and amazing feedback so thank you all

If I was to do this cake again I would do a few things differently but for my first ever tierd cake I think I did well

🎸✨ A VERY SPECIAL GUITAR CAKE ✨🎸

This cake was one of those projects that was so much more than just making a cake. ❤️

This one was my own idea for a very special birthday gift for a dear friend celebrating their 75th birthday.

I wanted to recreate his original guitar as a cake, as closely as possible, including all those little details that made it so personal and unique.

Made entirely from chocolate cake, this was a BIG build and definitely one that tested my patience, creativity and cake-making skills! 😂🎂

But I knew it had to be right.

And the best bit… it wasn’t just a guitar-shaped cake — it was actually wearable! 🎸😂

Seeing his reaction made every minute of the work completely worthwhile. ❤️

This was such a special cake to make, and one I know I’ll remember for a very long time.

Sometimes a cake is more than just cake… it can be a very special memory. 🎂❤️
