My incredible (and slightly bonkers) sister has decided that running a 105-mile ultramarathon this weekend sounds like a good idea. Personally, I’d rather eat 105 slices of cake than run 105 miles... but each to their own. 🏃♀️🍰
She’s taking on the Montane Lakeland 100 which is a HUGE HUGE challenge. This is to raise money for the Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre (Northallerton) who have been looking after our amazing mum over the last 10 months since her diagnosis. The care, kindness and support they’ve given our family ( and many many others) has meant more than words can say, so this is our way of giving something back. ❤️
As for me... I’ll leave the running to her and stick to what I know best...
