I obtained my Catering Certificates in 1981 and since then I have always had a passion for Cake Decorating.. You will see photos ranging back over the years, and will see some are now quite out dated, but its a good contrast to see how taste and style changes. I dont ever portray to be an expert or a professional its purely a hobby that I love to do. Each Item is personalised / Individual, which I believe is the secret ingredient.
