This weekend at Kip & Nook 🍂

Run Club is this Sunday! As always, there's a live DJ, fresh bakes and brunch after, plus a £150 K&N voucher for the first man and the first woman over the line in the 10km 🏃

We've also built more tables in The Workshop, so there's now more room for walk-ins. That spontaneous pop in for a game of pool over drinks can now turn into sitting down to enjoy our new dinner menu.

And if the autumn chill is starting to get to you, get yourself booked into a Kirami. It's our private outdoor sauna and ice bath experience: 90 minutes, just the two of you, looking straight out over the hills. Book an evening slot and you'll catch the sunset from the sauna. There's no better way to warm up 🌅

Everything you need to book can be found via our website. See you this weekend 💚

Without a doubt, the question we get asked most on site is: “How do you get those cars up there?” 🚙

So we thought we’d show you.

In this month’s vlog, watch us take a 991.2 Clubsport and turn it into the centrepiece of The Race Room 🏁

Two nights, no plans, nowhere to be 🌾

If you've been running on empty since the summer, take this as your sign. We've got two of our favourite cabins free this weekend and both are made for a proper switch off.

First up, The Story. A private escape for two, with panoramic views and an outdoor bath you can sink into under the stars. Whether you're marking something special or just after some quiet, it's made for it.

Then there's The Bon Bon. A little hideaway tucked just moments from the Workshop, with rolling countryside on your doorstep complete with outdoor bath for an evening soak with a glass of w**e 🍷

That's the whole idea. Slow down and actually switch off for a bit.

If you fancy stepping into the countryside for a slower pace of life this weekend, you can book via the below link 💚

Every September, a lot of you head up to Newcastle for the biggest half marathon in the country. This year, we wanted to mark the day before in style 👟🌾

We’ve teamed up with SunGod, MATHAN Clothing and Hyperice for our most exciting run club yet. Choose between a 5k social run or a 10k race, then recover properly in our full recovery zone with compression boots, ice baths, sauna and massage.

There’s plenty happening off the course too. We will have coffee, freshly baked treats and our new brunch menu to try when you finish ☕️🍪🍳

Racing in Newcastle on Sunday? This is the ideal shakeout to loosen the legs. Not running on Sunday but fancy a push? The 10k is for you, with a £150 K&N voucher for the fastest male and female runners.

Not running at all? Come anyway. Runners, non-runners, supporters and first-timers, everyone is welcome.
