Over the last few years, life has changed in ways I never saw coming. But one thing that has stayed with me is the support, kindness, and belief people have shown me through Dragonstone Bakes.

This video is my way of saying thank you, but also of being honest about where I am.

I’m trying to bring Dragonstone Bakes back properly here in Wales, and I’ve set up a GoFundMe to help me get the equipment, stock, packaging, and setup I need to start trading again.

Wales/Australia mash up to create this dish inspired by Spence Denny of ABC Adelaide. It’s missing the hollandaise (it went wrong 😬) but is otherwise delicious!

Leek and cheese welsh cakes topped with blanched baby spinach leaves, crispy streaky bacon, and a poached egg. Absolutely 🫶🤌🇦🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
