Whiteley Hut Prep and dough day 😊

Prepping for baking at a large scale takes time and starts 2 days before bake day.

Yesterday was spent buying flour and ingredients, measuring flour and salt into dough bins, preparing Inclusions and packaging, this took me all day, no joke 😅 and today is mix day!

Hope to see some of you at the Hut at WhiteleyShoppingCentre👛 tomorrow from 9-5 😊

I've been a little quiet here this last week, I've been busy getting my children back to school, prepping for the Whiteley Hut this weekend, as well as planning the Autumn Menu, which I'm hoping to share with you all soon.
