I make a 60th cake for a golfer who likes a wee Corona and an occasional Grey Goose
This is a stylised version of the recipients own bag and accessories!
A red velvet cake and all hand modelled/painted
( just to note i don’t have a Grey goose so I made a grey swan instead😜)
of course all
good (ex) bar maids offer a slice of lime with a Corona😜

Always a nervous moment when you make a One Off Design for your boss…Especially when it’s for her Mumma bear … the brief was ‘ Ruby’ and whilst the heat of the last few days meant it wasn’t what I’d originally envisaged.. it was received with a ‘wow’ which in my book is win win x All handmade/painted flowers and leaves, vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam and white chocolate ganache x
