Once Upon a Cake is a specialised cake business where all cakes are baked and designed to meet each, individuals requirements for that special occasion. Not only has baking and cake decorating always been a hobby of mine, I also attended college where I gained certificates in City and Guilds in Sugar Craft and Design as well as an NC in Craft Baking, HNC in Professional Patisserie and an HND in Cu
