As Belfast is bouncing with the , I spent another wonderful afternoon sharing the joy of traditional Irish baking here at The Rocks! ☘️🥖

It was such a pleasure welcoming these five lovely ladies to our kitchen for a fun-filled, hands-on baking experience. Together we baked delicious Guinness and treacle wheaten bread and traditional soda farls, made butter the modern way, and finished off with Aunt Joy’s famous fluffy pancakes. There was plenty of laughter, lots of flour, and memories made that will last long after the last slice has been enjoyed!

Another successful Traditional Irish Baking Experience this afternoon! 🍞🧈🥞

What a pleasure it was to spend the afternoon with these lovely ladies. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, getting hands-on making traditional Irish favourites, sharing plenty of laughs, and creating delicious breads along the way.

There’s nothing better than seeing guests leave with new skills, freshly baked treats, and big smiles.
