After much thought and passion for all things baking, I’m thrilled to share that Cakes by Catherine is changing direction — and getting a new name!
Soon, you’ll find me at Catherine’s Kitchen 🍞🎂
Instead of baking for you, I’m going to be baking WITH you! I’ll be running hands-on baking classes covering traditional Irish breads, gorgeous sweet treats, and cake & cupcake decorating — something for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to level up your skills.

I can’t wait to share my love of baking with you all in a whole new way. Stay tuned for class dates, booking info and lots more coming very soon!
