Bottom tier is red velvet with vanilla buttercream
Middle tier is lemon sponge with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream
Top tier is salted caramel with homemade salted caramel and vanilla buttercream.

40 is fine when you look 29 😜🎉!!

Massive happy 40th birthday to one of my besties!! To round off the birthday celebration we joined Erin and some pals at the pub for cake and cocktails 🍹🤤

This cake is an 8inch vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream, and the design was picked by Brooke who said ‘it just shouts Erin to me mum’ 💖

Pat and Alan’s daughter ordered this cake as a surprise for her mum and dad 💖 she ordered a 12inch traditional fruit cake with marzipan and royal icing decorated in all things gold to celebrate with all the family and close friends over the weekend 🎉 xx
