I’m so excited to finally tell you that I got my HYGIENE RATING 5/5.

I registered this little business nearly a year ago when my lovely daughter was still at home during furlough and I was teaching her some baking and chocolate skills. It has been a busy year as I am a Pastry Chef Lecturer at a college and I have been focusing on getting them through their course work. However the term finishes this week for the holidays and I am making time to make up some chocolate boxes.

I will be making a big batch of fresh milk chocolate truffles and packaging them in beautifully handmade pyramid boxes - 9 per box and keeping the price low £5 each. Perfect gifts for anyone.

The Basque baked cheesecake from San Sebastián in Spain, has an incredible aroma and the texture is light but velvety 😋

Unlike any other cheesecake that you have tried It’s uniquely airy, creamy, baked crustless in crisp parchment paper. Peel the paper back to unveil the cheesecake in all its glory! 😍

This 9inch cheesecake will serve 12 to 16 portions. As delicious as it is on its own it can be accompanied with fruit coulis, fresh berries, limoncello, chocolate or caramel sauce 🤤

Made to order and priced at £20 each.
Will refrigerate for 3 to 5 days.

A pack is just £7.50. Bars can also be bought individually.
Also avaliable to order are inclusion bars🍫

Be creative by picking which chocolate and up to 3 toppings per bar.
Whether it might be nuts, dried fruit or biscuits.
