I know I said restock today but it won’t be until tomorrow now.

It’s just starting off as one of those days…
I keep burning chocolate, my label printer doesn’t want to work and things are taking forever to set so I’ll be more confident in saying I’ll be restocked tomorrow than today. 🥹

I’ll post my full baking list later tonight.
Who said this was easy? You’ll always have bad baking days. 🤣

Apologies for the shed being so empty this week. 🥵

Allan’s home and it’s been hectic trying to balance kitchen time for the both of us. We’ve got some events coming up so he’s had priority in the kitchen.

I’ve got some bits baked, ready to be packaged in the morning so I’m aiming for a 2-4pm restock.

If you plan to stop by, please double check my social media/stories for updates on when I stock up incase I’m not ready yet. 🥹

I’m hoping to have the shed fully stocked for Saturday, the Gala Day but no promises.

(If anyone wants to build me my own kitchen, I’ll pay you in cake. 🤪)

SAVE THE DATES 🌻✨

I’m heading off the island in September and October so I thought I’d share my planned closing dates in advance.

I’ll be closed September 4th-9th. My Norwegian bestie is coming over to the UK and we’re heading to London for the weekend. I’m buzzing to go see him and catch up with friends. 🥹🇳🇴

I’ve pencilled in another Afternoon Tea at Home day for September 19th. More information on that soon. ✨🌸

I’ll then be closed again October 1st-13th as we head off to Croatia for a well-needed holiday. It’s been a long season. 🇭🇷

I’ve got plans for another Afternoon Tea at Home before the year is out. Maybe another in October and a festive one for Christmas. ✨

The shed is empty today 🥵
I just can’t keep up with you all.

Over 100 boxes of cake slices sold in just over 24 hours. I thought I’d baked enough to let me catch up.

Bumper bake going on today ready for a restock tomorrow. Let’s see if I can get myself through this batches of caramel without any burns. ✌🏻
