We’re kicking off autumn with Mario’s award winning ice cream and Crafty Smuggler coffee, showing that ice cream definitely isn’t just for summer.

First up… the affogato. 🤎
Hot, freshly brewed coffee poured over creamy Mario’s ice cream, simple, indulgent and made for those colder autumn days.

What do you get when the Mario’s family all get together? 🍦

A little bit of chaos, a LOT of hard work, plenty of taste testing… and some seriously good ice cream gets made along the way.

There’s definitely no such thing as an average day at Mario’s.

One minute it’s emails and meetings in the office, the next we’re on the production floor making, filling and packing tubs with plenty of experimenting, tasting and “just one more spoonful” in between. 👀

Throw in some Welsh-Italian flair, generations of family passion and a team that takes ice cream very seriously (even if we don’t always take ourselves seriously 😅) and you’ve got a pretty typical day around here.

✨✨Behind the scenes at our goods in station resides Rhodri and Tyrone. This summer saw them work around the clock to ensure we have everything we needed to provide you with as much ice cream as possible.

From goods in to store shelves, every point of Mario’s production is equally important and we value our team who help things run smoothly!

Well done Rhodri for finally allowing us to film him ✨✨✨ I think you’d all agree he did great!

👋 Welcome back, Caitlin! 💚

After some very special time away on maternity leave to welcome newest addition to the Mario's family Baby Lottie....... we’re so happy to have Caitlin back with Team Mario’s.

Caitlin has definitely been missed, and on her return she’ll be swapping things up a little and taking on an office based role, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

It’s lovely to have you back, Caitlin! The team hasn’t been quite the same without you! 💚
