Exciting News! Introducing Our New Range 'Baked with Non-Gluten Ingredients!' 🥖🍰

You asked, and we listened! I’m thrilled to share that I’m launching a brand-new range of sweet bakes and breads made exclusively with ingredients that do not contain gluten.

What's in offer this week❓
This Friday we have the following two options available:

• Lemon Drizzle Cake (made from ingredients without Gluten) - £9.00

• Date & Walnut Cake (made from ingredients without Gluten) - £9.00

⚠️ A quick, important note on how these are made:
While every recipe in this new range uses gluten-free ingredients, I want to be completely open about my setup. As I operate from a home kitchen where regular wheat flour is also handled, there is always a small risk of airborne cross-contamination or trace gluten.

Because of UK food safety regulations and my commitment to your safety, I cannot legally label these products as "Gluten-Free" (which requires strict 20ppm limit testing). Instead, they are described as "Made with ingredients without gluten."

Are my bakes suitable for you❓

Great for ✔️: Anyone looking to reduce gluten in their diet, avoid minor sensitivities, or try delicious alternative bakes!

Not recommended for ❌: Those with severe Coeliac Disease or severe wheat allergies who require certified gluten-free environments. I want everyone to enjoy my baking safely and with full peace of mind.

Spooky season is just around the corner and we have something extra special bubbling up in our ovens!

​Packed with rich black treacle, golden syrup, warming ginger, and spices, it is sticky and comforting—Out Traditional Parkin will ward off the autumn chill.

​Whether you are hosting a bonfire night gathering, looking for a sweet treat for trick-or-treaters, or simply fancy a slice with a warm cup of tea while watching a spooky movie, our Parkin hits the spot.

We'll be baking up a batch this coming Tuesday - £9.00 per tray.

Our traditional Polish chałka is returning to the menu next Friday. This sweet, braided yeast bread features a soft, fluffy crumb and a golden crust. It is delicious on its own, lightly toasted with butter, or used to make exceptional French toast. Make sure to reserve yours early.

From our staple Monday sourdough to spiced Polish Gingerbread, sweet Italian-inspired Friday loaves, and that new Traditional Parkin, we’ve got something to satisfy every craving.

👇 Here’s what’s on the schedule:

MONDAY: Start the week right with our Plain White Sourdough — on Special Offer for just £3.00! 🍞✨

TUESDAY: Brand new! Traditional Parkin (£9.00) makes its debut, alongside ooey-guilt-free Triple Chocolate Brownies (add peanut butter for free! 🥜) & Coconut Cherry Cake.

WEDNESDAY: Sourdough gets a cheesy upgrade with Cheese & Onion, plus a sweet lineup of Lemon Drizzle and two types of Banana Bread. 🍌🍫

THURSDAY: Take a global trip with Middle Eastern Basbousa with Saffron, Polish Gingerbread (option for chocolate coated! 😍), and Welsh Bara Brith.
