Little project for myself, had the sewing machine fabric for ages, was originally going to make a cushion cover then changed my mind. Finally made a decision and created myself a tote bag. Combined it with some denim look cotton chambray, I originally bought some strap material but decided don’t like it when it was all done 😕 a lot of unpicking later to deconstruct the bag and I cannibalised an old pair of jeans, I wanted to make the cannibalism count so I used the back pockets inside the bag 😊 the only thing I wish I’d remembered to do was put a magnetic fastener on it -there’s no way I’m unpicking again!

I’ve been feeling rough for a week or so, my voice gave out on me last Friday much to the merriment of some 😏 but today it is back to normal and I finally feel somewhat human again, so much so I’m thinking about creating something, haven’t touched my sewing machine for 2 weeks!!!

Thought I would share this really cute fabric I got a while ago, not sure what I’m going to turn it into yet but I think we can all guess it will be something for my favourite pint sized terrorist 💕

I am finding it oddly quite therapeutic making these pretty little bags, couldn’t tell you why but I’m enjoying it 😊
