New for 2026... Inspired by classic summer ice-cream cones and sunny days, we've created this nostalgic cake. Perfect for afternoon tea and picnics on the lawn... or with a mug of tea watching the rain fall. This is Britain after all!

Vanilla bean sponge cake with whole raspberries rippled throughout, topped with vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry jam ripple, sprinkled with freeze-dried raspberries - this cake is a slice of summer.
