So my lovely Son flew home from Dubai, to surprise me just for a couple of weeks, until he returns to continue his studies. Oh my heart 😍🥹 He put a cheeky bakery order in so I obviously had to comply!

Cinnamon bun focaccia

2 x Biscoff cookie pies
2 x daim bar cookie pies
2 x chocolate honeycomb cookie pies

It’s safe to say that my chocolate stock has definitely felt the wrath of the recent high temperatures and still suffering with the residual heat in the bakery 🥵
