My best Friend's Nan Bridie had her Birthday last year and as we couldn't do alot of things to celebrate last year my Friend thought it might be nice to make a cake. Bridie loves coffee cake & Elvis so that's what we did! Such a brave and strong Lady who continues to amaze all of us ❤️🎂

Hayleys Cake Bake n Create had the honour of making Peter & Marie Taylor's Beautiful Wedding Cake in 2018. Marie loved Sunflowers and they had a special meaning for her so they were a very important part of the cake. This cake was traditionally fruit cake with a citrus spice buttercream and a wedding couture white fondant covering. I suggested a lighter fruit cake recipe for Summer that was just as fruity but a little less heavy which we think tasted great! Congratulations on becoming Mr & Mrs! 👰🤵
