Soft, cute, and just a little bit floral 🌸

The brief was “cute with flowers or sprinkles” so I kept it delicate with edible petals, soft pinks and a hint of gold for that extra something.

Inside is a classic vanilla sponge layered with raspberry jam, simple, pretty, and always a winner.

I’m now taking bookings from June onwards, with April fully booked and limited space remaining in May.

Land of Bake Believe turns two!

This past year has been a big one.

My first wedding cake,
my first market,
my first award at Bake International,
all alongside more orders than I could have dreamt of two years ago.

I’m so proud of how far this little business has come!

Something a little different for Easter this year.

I’ve put together paint your own biscuit kits... four biscuits with edible paints and brushes, ready to decorate at home.

They’re designed to be a simple, low-effort activity that actually keeps little hands busy for a while.

Available in vanilla, lemon or chocolate, with a choice of unicorn, dinosaur or Easter designs.

Collection is next Friday and Saturday morning from Cranfield, with very limited availability!

Sometimes the hobby becomes the cake ⛳️

This one was for a golf-mad birthday and I loved turning this beautiful course photo into something edible. The torn-edge fondant makes it feel like the picture has been torn straight out of a memory.

Custom cakes like this are my favourite — when they tell a little story.

Sunday mornings are for slow coffee and something sweet ☕️
This banoffee dome cake was made with brown sugar sponge, fresh banana, caramel and Swiss meringue buttercream... basically all the comfort flavours in one place.

My yoga studio turned 3 this weekend 🧘‍♀️🌸

Three things about me:
• I get to yoga when I can… life is busy!
• Half the time in savasana I’m mentally planning my next bake
• I didn’t even realise until uploading this that this cake is basically the proportions of a yoga mat 😅

Obviously I had to make a cake to celebrate turning 3 🤍
