On Sunday we celebrated a residents 100th birthday. She enjoyed a visit from her family, looking at the card from the King, and the cards and gifts that they brought her, especially her dementia dog. They enjoyed an afternoon tea together, and everyone sang happy birthday and had a slice of the lovely cake prepared by our chef.

To start off Care Home Open Week and the World Cup yesterday some of our residents enjoyed taking part in the World Cup themed Fun day and BBQ at Halden Heights Care Home. Our residents enjoyed chatting to everyone and enjoyed lunch out on the patio, admiring the view. Thank you Halden Heights for inviting us. Great food, great fun and great company.
