Good morning - Monday again!

Apron on, mixers on and I'm gearing up for a busy week ahead baking for my first charity event next Sunday and celebration cake orders!

Eccles cakes will be supporting Action Medical Research for Children lunch at Maybole town Hall.

Think I'll call the cops on the price of chocolate at booker !! 😱😭😆
So went to tesco to clear shelves!!

Excited to whip up delicious bakes and treats!

✨🍰 ️ Eccles Cakes Info and advice tips✨️🍰

*Please let me know if you have any allergies at the time of booking!

*A non refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure your booking your cake!

I just wanted to share a few helpful tips to make sure your cake stays looking good and tasty!

* On collection, when you arrive to collect your cake here, I will box it up. Tape it up on wet /windy days!

* I will then carry your cake out to your car and placing ideally in your boot or footwell! (Not on car seat !! )
Please put air conditioning on warmer days!

* Some cakes can be heavy, so please take extra care driving back home or delivering to a venue!

* Allow your cake to come to room temperature before serving it!

*Collection times are preferably afternoons after 2pm as mornings here are busy with me baking ,but I can be flexible if afternoon collections isn't suitable!
This allows me to plan ahead and later on I can enjoy some family time!

After hours making and decorating cakes ,I wouldn't want anything to spoil them!

Saturday was a late night baking! 🌄

I nearly messed up a birthday cake!

I have no clue why I had the date wrong, was booked in diary for today! 🤦‍♀️

No tears.😂 No time to panic just me getting straight to work and all was good on Sunday morning 👩‍🍳

Thankfully my lovely customer was so nice and understanding about it .😘
