Are you an MCS engineer or do you know someone who is can you help our little bakery in the Avenue Gurnard?

🚨 WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🚨
Good morning everyone. ☀️ You might have noticed we’ve been a bit quiet on here lately. We urgently need advice from a fully qualified, registered MCS Engineer who knows heat pump systems. If you or someone you know can help us, please get in contact with us directly via DM—any guidance means the world to our small family business right now.
Here is what has been going on behind the scenes:
For 33 years, our little home-registered bakery on The Avenue, Gurnard has been surrounded by the most beautiful, supportive people. Sadly, since September 2025, our home and livelihood have been hit with a massive wave of stress.
First, we had 4,500 gallons of water flood the back of our property, causing extensive damage that we are still trying to repair. Just as we thought we could move forward, a massive Vaillant aroTHERM plus heat pump was installed practically inside our kitchen window, causing major ongoing issues for our workspace. It has been heartbreaking to face this kind of complete lack of consideration from those directly around us—actions that feel designed to do nothing but cause harm to our family and business.
We are fighting hard, working with the local council, and currently submitting magistrates' papers to get this resolved. But to protect our bakery and my home, we really need that expert MCS advice.
Thank you all so much for your incredible, ongoing support for our small business. 🥖✨
