10/10 week, spent the week surrounded by cookies and 2 days working with my Mum which was fantastic

🥕 3 Layer Carrot Cake
LOVED making this cake and was super happy with how it turned out! Carrot Cake has got to be one of the best cakes of all time, am I right?!

🌟 110 Fruit Crumble Slices
My last time making these as they’re being replaced with a different flavour on the new menu. What a sad day as these are a definite customer (and Sophie) favourite!

🥭 62 Mango Lassi Cheesecakes
Fun fact, I’ve never eaten one of these because I only like mango if it’s chutney’ed and on a poppadom 🤣

🥛 95 Cookies & Creme Cheesecakes
This one’s being replaced with my favourite cheesecake of all time - Lemon & Vanilla 🙌 Although sad to see this one go as it’s always a winner!

🍊 463 Jaffa Drizzle Cakes
Also my last time making these! I was 5 trays short so I lined some trays with parchment paper so I could remove the cake and use the tray again - no idea why I’ve never done it before, though was defo more annoying to slice and box! 🤣

♻️ 2 No Waste Jaffa Drizzle Cake Pots
Had 2 slices of cake that didn’t quite rise as much as I’d have liked, so made them into Cake Pots and topped them with chocolate icing. Delicious!

♻️ 12 No Waste Jaffa Drizzle Cupcakes
Made these because I didn’t have enough batter to make a whole traybake. We find out the gender of our baby next week so I’ve an idea to use these as gender reveal cupcakes! How resourceful of me 🤣

🍪 Double Chocolate Cookies
Made these Friday night as my brother came over. Little sprinkled of maldon sea salt on top 10/10 🤤

🍪 Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Balls
These will (hopefully) feature on the new menu so I did a trial batch, ready to bake in a few days.

These were the epitome of “Made With Love” - baked with help from my Mum, decorated with help from my niece Ellie, and sliced with help from my husband 🫶🏼

🌀 626 Raspberry Swirl Traybake Slices
My last time making these for a while as we get ready to launch a new exciting menu soon 👀

Got way more to make of these in the coming weeks but have been slowly chipping away at my cookie order!

Defo overfilled them both with lemon icing but that’s the best bit, right?! 🤭

It was my sister in law’s birthday this week and I just had to make her a cake inspired by something I have great memories of us eating together over the years - cinnamon buns!

🌟Dessert Grazing Platter
Made a cheeky little grazing platter for my niece’s 1st birthday party this week. This one featured Fruit Crumble Slices, Caramel Topped Flapjack and Mini Brownie Bites (as well as fruit but that’s less exciting right? 😝)

❤️ Custom 6th Wedding Anniversary Biscuit Slice
I had a request to make a sweet-themed dessert to celebrate a 6th wedding anniversary this week. I had free rein and just had to go for my current obsession which is a Biscuit Slice, topped with freeze dried raspberries and Haribos!

💣 10 Brownie Bombs
Always love making these! Each Brownie Bomb has a Nutella core, and is dipped in a digestive crumb. I made a few extra because these are my fave things to QC 😋

🌀 298 Raspberry Swirl Traybake Slices
Ran out of steam making these so didn’t make my usual 3 batches, but still made almost 300 so shouldn’t be so hard on myself 🤣

🌟 240 Fruit Crumble Slices
Managed to resist this week and didn’t take any of them home with me 😇

🍕 Pizza Pinwheels
Not baking but also made these for my niece’s 1st birthday party - puff pastry, tomato puree, oregano, cheddar and mozzarella. Delicious!

10/10 week, my energy has come back and I enjoyed a nice mix of custom orders and my usual weekly bakes 🙌 (took no videos though so this week’s is from last week ft my niece Holly!!)

🌟 237 Fruit Crumble Slices
Would have been 240 but took 3 home with me to enjoy with my Grandma (the famous Queenie) on Saturday 😋

Absolute classic, cannot go wrong with a choc chip cookie!!

The new and improved recipe is still working well…just in time for me to introduce a new flavour I think 😋

9/10 week, my niece, Holly came in to help on Friday, as did my husband on Saturday and I am very grateful for the support! But I hardly took any photos this week so minus one point 🤣

Had the perfect amount of jam in my piping bag, so I was feeling v accomplished 👏🏼

Made the usual flavours and now they’re chilling in the freezer ready to be baked from frozen

🌟 Biscuit Slices
Made these twice this week at home, mostly to gift. Recipe: 400g crushed biscuits, 100g melted butter, 1 tin condensed milk, topped with 200g dark choc. Easy but delicious - give it a go!

7/10 week, pregnancy hormones are hormoning but other than that, it was a good week!

🍊465 Jaffa Drizzle Traybake Slices
I reduced the batch size by 33% so I was lifting less and it was a success. Working for yourself and taking steps to look after yourself can be hard so I’m v proud of myself for this one 👏🏼

🌟470 Fruit Crumble Slices
Had a few breakages so made slightly less than usual. Of course the breakages did not go to waste 😉

🥧 1 Biscoff Cookie Pie
I’m a firm believer in gifting sweet treats just because, and this was one of those occasions 😊

10/10 week, glad I reduced the batch size as it made the job much easier 👏🏼

🍓 3 Grazing Platters
Really enjoyed making these! They included Fruit Crumble Slices, Caramel Flapjack and Triple Choc Brownies. I may or may not have totally winged it but I was super happy with how they turned out 🤪

🍪 340 Cookies
Made my usual flavours of White & Raspberry Cookies, Chocolate Chip and Toffee Apple. They looked so pretty all baked and decorated 🥰

🌟 640 Caramel Flapjack Slices
This was a family affair! Flapjacks made by myself and my Mum, decorated by me, and sliced by my husband. V grateful for the help!! And look how delicious they look! 🤤

10/10 week, loved making something new and ended it with a weekend away with my friend in Malvern - forever grateful to be my own boss and also have such great support around me!

My husband, Ali asked me to make these for him to take into work. You’ve always got to overfill your muffin cases so you get that sexy lil overspill 🤤

9/10 week, LOVED finally being able to share our news but defo been feeling v tired at the unit 🤰🤣
