I found this one today on a memory from my personal page 🥰

Austin’s 2nd birthday 7 years ago. It was all about the trains back then! 🚂

This one had a purple sugar choo choo and the carriages spelled out his name as they chugged around the board. The stars on top were made from shortbread biscuits. ❤️ 🍰

Elegant 2 tier semi naked 50th birthday cake for my sister in law.

Splashed with shimmering gold leaf. These are stacked salted caramel and orange/lemon sponges with dainty sugar snow drops springing up on all sides, through a glittering blanket of frost. ❄️ 🍰 🥰

Minecraft Ender Dragon Battle scene!

Austin requested a cake from “The End”. So this one is covered in End-Stone coloured/textured fondant with Obsidian pillars towering above that are topped with flaming End Crystals.

Topped off with large number 8 in the style of End Cities. The base is surrounded by his name in Minecraft logo style and guarded by two friendly Ender-men.

The main character of this cake is of course - The Ender-Dragon, swooping down past the pillars to charge at (Lego) Steve. Who is heading straight for the edge!

Inside there is a toffee sponge filled with salted caramel sauce and vanilla buttercream, sandwiched on top of a rich double chocolate sponge.

Super proud of our amazing daughter Leonie. She has designed and baked a Victoria Sponge to enter in the Burton Green village produce show. She was chuffed to discover she has won first prize in the 12 and over children’s baking class, but even more chuffed to find out later on that she had also won best in show out of 100s of entries from both adults and children. We are over the moon 🌙 🍰 😊

Demon Slayer “Nezuko”, in Demon form sugar model. On top of a triple height red velvet cake, sandwiched with cream cheese filling and smothered in Japanese style decorations including Sugar Cherry Blossoms.

Leonie wanted her name in gold leaf - so we wrote it in Japanese 🇯🇵 ❤️ 🍰
