Congratulations to Kerri and Dave who tied the knot last month at
On one of the hottest days I was certainly glad we went for a chocolate ganache finish, the perfect medium to stand up to heat.
The beautiful flowers from Roxy at finished it off perfectly.

1 year since I created this stunner for my lovely couple .x and
This still stands as one of my favourite designs, sculptural white on white, you just can't beat it.
Stood on an elegant acrylic table in the whitest room you ever did see, it looked amazing.

Beautiful Bento!

This cute little bento cake went out earlier this week.
Inside was a delicious zesty lemoncello sponge layered with lemon curd buttercream.

My beautiful display that I put together for the open weekend at ,
I was so pleased with how it all came together.
It was lovely to add a pop of colour to my display cake and certainly got everyone's attention!
The spiral staircase in the bar area provides the perfect backdrop for your wedding cake.
The sample loaf cakes for the guests went down a treat too, I think they deserve their own post!

Thank you Amy for sending over some gorgeous professional photos yesterday.
This was my first fully eggless cake and I was so please with the response to the flavours and how it turned out.
Amy even took time out on her wedding day to message me to thank me! That says it all for me.
Delicious flavours of:
Vanilla, white chocolate and raspberry
Chocolate
And finally Vanilla
All wrapped in a decadent white chocolate ganache.

A very popular design of mine but I always tweak it slightly to make each cake unique.
I just love getting to play with texture on ganached cakes.
Inside was a delicious rich chocolate mud cake, layered with chocolate buttercream encase in white chocolate ganache.

This gorgeous bday cake went out earlier this month for one of my regulars.
I love making their families cakes, they give me a very basic brief and let me run wild with the design!
Inside was a delicious vanilla sponge layered with raspberry conserve and white chocolate buttercream, encased in the tastiest white chocolate ganache.

This year's Valentine's treat box includes the following

After a wonderful response from my lovely followers, I have decided to put together a mixed slab box.
Collection will be on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th November - perfect timing for bonfire night!
