After taking time out to study, I've decided to return to doing what I love most, creating beautiful bespoke cakes...and now I've added gorgeous gooey chocolate brownies to the menu too. 🍫🤎

It's not every day you get to make a cake for Olympic medalists... Team GB! 🇬🇧
I have made many cakes for Carl over the years, but I was honoured to be asked to make this particular cake, as it was for their homecoming celebrations following the Paris Olympics. 🇫🇷 🗼✨️🥳
The GB Dressage team returned home with Bronze, which was a fantastic achievement for their remarkable teamwork, both in the arena and behind the scenes. 🐎🥉🥰
It was so important that Fame, Jagerbomb, and Glamourdale were featured on the cake, as none of this would have been possible without them. 😉😂
I'm pretty sure they have been rewarded with many carrots and showered with so much love since they got home. 🥕🐴🥰🥂🍾🌟❤️🤍💙

At the customers request this cake was made to be half Lemon drizzle cake with Lemon buttercream and the other half was Vanilla sponge with strawberry Jam and vanilla buttercream. Yummy! 😋🧁
