Happy New Year cake lovers! What a year, I opened my bakery doors in February with the intention of selling mainly cupcakes. When I was asked to make a birthday cake and a wedding cake I thought I may as well give it a go! Haven't looked back! With a bit of help from google and you tube I have amazed myself at what I have managed to whip up! I hope you have liked my cakes as much as I have enjoyed making them. Many thanks to all of my lovely customers. Let's see what I can do this year...........

Very busy day yesterday, made Halloween biscuits, cupcakes and chocolates. Got mincemeat and Christmas cakes on sale as well today.
If you can't make the Benn Hall today but fancy something to nibble on, message me and I might be able to drop something off this evening!

I have worked out the prices for my Christmas cakes this year. The price includes weekly sherry feeding from baking until delivery/collection, marzipan and icing decorated to your personal liking. Ribbon board and box inclusive. Your cake will be individually mixed and baked to your specification, so you don't have to have cherries if you don't want them (like me!!). Gluten free also available at no extra cost.

Small 4" (Ideal for single person) £7.50
Medium 8" £20
Large 10" £30

I have a table for the Christmas Fair at the Benn Hall in Rugby this Sunday. I have been busy making mincemeat (normal, vegetarian and gluten free) today and have some fruits soaking in sherry ready to be made into Christmas cakes! It's smelling very festive at the bakery today!!

Another cupcake bouquet delivered this morning. I think one of these with orange and black icing and some plastic spider...
