Just a little nudge about tomorrow. You will be able to find us at the Derby vegan market. There will be plenty of delicious pastries! Cannelés, donuts (chocolate, white chocolate, blueberry, apple and peach!), pear and almond tarts, lemon and meringue tarts, apple tarte tatin and our usual pastries (croissants, pains au chocolat, brioche, Vienna bread). And for the savoury lovers we have 3 savoury cakes. Our Indian style, the classic and the spicy!

We are looking forward to seeing you!

Bonjour les amis! 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

Just a reminder that tomorrow we will be at the Derby vegan market 📰. You will find some apple and pear pastries. Lemon meringue tarts, savoury cakes, some naughty donuts (chocolate, blueberry, white chocolate, apple and peach flavoured oh my!), and also some cannelés.
Lots of croissants and pains au chocolat, brioche and Vienna bread.
Don't forget that you can freeze your goodies to keep them nice and fresh for the week if you can wait to eat them ;)

Ahead of the halloween night we just wanted to wish you a happy halloween!! 🧟‍♂️🧛‍♂️

We also got the good news that we'll be at the Derby vegan market fair on the 14th of November! 💃

The spooky vegan doughnuts are also saying happy halloween!

~ The blue ones are 'The wizards' with a white chocolate coating, blue spirulina and raspberry's sprinkles. The flavour is very much white chocolate with a hint of raspberry and a lemon sweet heart.

~ The black ones are 'The mummies' made of chocolate and hazelnut spread mixed with activated charcoal and some sour apple vegan sweets for the angry one.
The flavour is very much like hazelnut chocolate.

~ The last one is 'The globoulous eyed mummy' His eyes are actually two mini doughnut balls. His big eyebrows and his body are made of vegan milk chocolate. His body is white chocolate vanilla icing.
The flavour is chocolate and vanilla. The best thing on this one is the real crazy texture created by the mini doughnuts and the big chunks of chocolate decoration.

We are super excited to say that we will be at Coventry Market on the 6th of November for our first market!

Many plant-based treats will be available: croissants, pains au chocolat, brioche, pain viennois, breads and lots of other treats!

There will be both sweet and savoury treats.

Everything being plant-based and mostly organic 🌿

And because we know that getting up on a weekend can be difficult, we will also offer a free treat to our first customer to thank them for their support! 🤗

Come and join us on the 6th of November from 9am to pick up your weekend breakfast or simply to enjoy some plant based pastries.

The very first Facebook post to grow our community! 🎉
Let me introduce you... Pomme & Caramel!
We are a plant-based patisserie and bakery based in Coventry.
We will offer click and collect alongside postal deliveries.
Tell us, what are your favourite treats and what you would love to see on the shop.
Our lauch date is coming up... 🕟 and we can't WAIT! 😄
We will keep you updated when everything is ready for you!
In the meantime... Look at the little madeleine beautifully ornamented it is inspired from the mille-feuille pâtisserie. We will be offering them as part of our treats!
