The Cake Shed is open! As it’s a lovely sunny day I have limited stock out on ice packs and will refill during the day and the fridge is out keeping the others cool too!

A quick pit stop break during my busy day of baking to enjoy an ice cream in the garden.

I made my own ice cream! It’s delicious too! Custard cream flavour 😛 now I want to try some other flavours.

Two weeks today! Save the date, the cake shed will be open Saturday 30th from 10.30!

I’m planning the top sell outs- bueno cookie pie, cornflake crunch cake, jammy Dodger blondies and cornflake tart blondies.

Here we have my marzipan stuffed cookie topped with Battenberg! They turned out perfect and were delicious! I’ll have more of these available in my next cake shed on Saturday 30th May! Does this take your fancy?
