I’ve been a little quiet on here recently as I’ve been working on a few big cupcake orders. I’m so proud of these for a dear friend’s wedding party. 120 cupcakes 🧁 60 vanilla and 60 chocolate, the lace cake covers were gorgeous.

I’ve been busy baking and decorating cupcakes this weekend for a beautiful girlies 1st birthday! Pretty pink vanilla sponges and chocolate sponges with vanilla buttercream. I added personalised toppers.

Hi if your new here I’m Nicky and welcome to my ‘Cake me Happy’ page. I run this small baking business in my spare time around teaching full time.

I take pre orders for things like personalised biscuits, cupcakes and brownies or blondies. I have a cake shed that is open adhoc weekends usually around half term school holidays and I do the occasional stall. For these I bake things like cookie pie, cornflake blondies, stuffed cookies, brownies and cakes.

Thanks for following, you can also find me on facebook!
