I am looking to use my baking to donate more to support ECMO teams, especially at Glenfield Hospital in Leicester. I am still not up for making celebration cakes but am able to make cookies.

If you would like to order a batch of 12 chocolate chip cookies for £15, all profits will be put onto my Just Giving page. You can choose what chocolate you would like in the cookie. I will also be able to ship these across England, please talk to me about this as it’ll be an additional charge.

Please note, not all orders will be able to be done straight away as I will have to do them in moderation so I don’t overdo myself.

I’ve been trying to get back into baking, not up to standing for hours decorating cakes, but I perfected my own chocolate chip cookie recipe today.
This cookie has a slight crunch when you bite into it and is soft and chewy in the centre. I am very pleased with this recipe

Vanilla cupcakes as a thank you to a dentist surgery.

These are hands down my favourite recipe, the vanilla is so flavoursome and just leaves such a lovely flavour in your mouth after you’ve finished that would just make you dive in for another one. They’re so moreish!
