I have some serious catching up to do!!

With a return to work this year, having pretty much every weekend booked with birthdays/celebrations and raising a very active toddler I've not been able to promote or take any orders these last few months.

But here's what's been keeping me busy August - October

KETO CAKE

In all honestly I was slightly nervous about doing a cake which I've not done before that too with only 1 weeks notice and only 1 day to bake/decorate. Anyone who had been on a KETO diet/lifestyle will know how carefully certain ingredients have to be replaced from your standard cake. However super happy with the outcome of this cake!!!

2 layers of moist almond flour sponge with homemade KETO jam, fresh cream and fresh strawberries as filling.

Cake for a transport mad 2 year old 💙

Perfect for young children who are not yet eating added sugar or any sugar at all, diabetics or anyone on a low sugar diet or simply doesn't like the added sugar
