If you can dream it, I can bake it. A cake for every occasion. My rates are £10 per hour worked plus components.

I will make event cakes to order, this includes (but not exclusively):

Wedding cakes,
Birthday Cakes,
Christening or naming day cakes,
Charity Cakes,
Amongst others. I fully recognize that Weddings are very special occasions and as such I offer a tasting service, whereby you can taste the style(s) of cake chosen prior to choosing my services. All prices are agreed in advance with a 25% deposit, normally non-refundable depending on circumstances.

🎄Had a late night getting all these cakes and goodies finished for the Cotgrave Christmas Market today.

🎄Come on down between 1pm - 7pm to The Manners Car Park for live music (starting at 2pm) and lots of treats and goodies.

Got lots of new goodies at the 2021. So many fantastic people to speak to and lots of new business equipment bought. Look out next year ... I'm hoping to enter a cake in the competition 😁

Massive thanks to Dawn for my ganache plates and new airbrush system (it's about time I upgraded mine 🤣)

Looking forward to using my new Winter Foliage Flower Pro moulds and Log mould, supplied by the amazing - look out for my cakes and biscuits using these moulds on the Cotgrave Christmas Market, 11 December 2021 😁

Also really looking forward to trying out the new FlexiPaste by hoping to see how it elevates and add life to my flower work.

I had the absolute privilege of making David and Helen's wedding cake. A bespoke design with hand painted images from their travels together and cascading handmade sugar craft flowers following the theme of their wedding. Topped with a hand crafted icing Eiffel Tower. The cakes consisted of a rich fruit cake, chocolate sponge, vanilla sponge and a marble sponge.

I set up their cake at the stunning Sutton Bonnington Hall ready in time for their reception and wedding breakfast.

Many congratulations to the happy couple.

A wonderful last minute order to help a lady who was let down by her normal decorator.

Cake ID: Two double height white chocolate and raspberry sponge cakes with vanilla butter cream decorated in quilted purple and white icing with an edible sugarcraft bow and diamante ribbons.

Wow these last few months have been crammed full of making all your amazing cakes!!

I love making your dreams a reality and had lots of fun modelling all the elements to this sweet 16 cake!

Cake ID: An indulgent red velvet filled with milk chocolate ganache. Flat iced in fondant icing and airbrushed. Decorated as a frog pond with bull rushes, Lillie pads and misc flowers.

So, we are now a week into Lockdown V3. It's been an emotional week for a lot of us, difficult in so many ways, but also great in others.

I'd like to confirm that I am still open for business - just with a few little changes:

1. To collect from my property, please wear a face mask - I will also be wearing a mask. I will place your cake box on a small table just inside my front door and step back so you can take your cake whilst maintaining 2 meters social distancing.

2. For all deliveries I will wear a facemask, where possible I will place your order just inside your doorstep so that social distancing can be observed. Please also where a facemask when answering your door to me.

3. All cake consultations will be completed virtually, either via email, messenger, phone call or zoom.

It is a strange world we live in at the moment, but there will always be cake!
