Cakes from the Cottage I make cakes and all sorts of yummy things,little and large! Everything from selecting and mixing in (Wow, that's scary....) FdSc Patisserie a first! FULL credits.

I have been making cakes (even wedding cakes) for over 40 years! Have decided to go public on Facebook to hopefully enlarge my passion. I have my own range of cake stands and knives available for use on the day. Recently returned to education to enhance my scientific knowledge behind the production side. Product development a first! Passed production management! ALL results in. NO resits!! not bad for an old girl!!!
