Isn’t it just amazing when fashions of yesteryear come back and become hits again. Certainly got that feeling when making this wonderful My Little Pony themed cake for Laura’s 5th Birthday.

A rich chocolate fudge cake, with lashings of buttercream and a secret stash of M&M chocolates hidden at its centre. Covered in chocolate ganache then fondant.

Customer requested applejack, rainbow dash and pinkie pie ponies. All handmade with sugar paste 🥰

Vanilla bean sponge with homemade jam and buttercream, covered with white chocolate ganache, then covered in fondant.

Here’s a cake I’m super proud of, and hopefully cherished by the residents of Corsham - a peacock themed wedding cake 🦚

A handmade peacock sitting proudly on the top of the tiered wedding cake, with handmade sugar flowers cascading down the cake meant to represent the beautiful tail of a proud peacock 🦚

Cake flavours were, vanilla bean, jam and buttercream, white chocolate and raspberry with conserve and our new flavour of amaretto, pear and honey.

Wishing you both a marriage full of love, laughter and light.

For those that love their makeup, how about this for a set of M.A.C makeup cupcakes. Even the toppers are fully edible too!

Gluten free vanilla bean cupcakes, topped with hand whipped buttercream and then the toppers.

This heat has certainly not made making buttercream cakes or cupcakes easy! Having to work in the very early hours of the day when at its coolest. The things us cake bakers do for cakes 🤪

Anyways, just look at these buttercream flowers. Almost look too good to eat don’t they?

Theme was cottage garden with dahlias, peonies and hydrangeas in a soft dusky pink, blues and greens.

Cupcakes were a mix of lemon drizzle with lemon curd centre and a gooey chocolate fudge flavour.

A beautiful vanilla bean 60th birthday sponge cake, decorated with handmade sugar flowers including peonies, roses, hydrangeas, berries and leaves. All edible.

Cakes like these are definitely one of my favourite types of cake. My artistic flair takes over 💕

Pikachu themed cake for Ivo’s 6th birthday. Who doesn’t love Pokemon - my inner child certainly does 😀

Beautiful cake flavour - pistachio and rose flavoured cake. Smelt divine.
