Congratulations Denis!! What an achievement 🚒🔥

At the weekend Denis celebrated his retirement from the Northern Ireland Fire Service after an incredible 32 years of service!

I was so excited to create a cake for this party! It turned out better than expected!

Denis’ cake was half chocolate sponge with Nutella filling and white chocolate buttercream and the other half vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and white chocolate buttercream 😍😍

I am beyond proud of myself for this cake! When Kerri first messaged me back in July about doing her home wedding party cake I was very nervous! But so excited!

The bottom tier was classic vanilla and strawberry jam, middle tier was chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and Nutella filling and then final top tier was caramel sponge with lotus Biscoff buttercream.

Many congratulations to the happy couple! I hope yous have many years of happiness together! Thank you for allowing me to be apart of your special day 🤍🤍
