🐣🐇🌼 hello…I hope everybody had a fab easter break full of chocolate! we had a lovely weekend having drinks with the girls and then a little trip to Keswick.

these were my Easter-y bakes…a millionaire krispie top left made for a lovely colleague and bottom right was an absolutely chocka millionaire brownie with creme eggs and mini eggs swirled all the way through 😍 as per usual I’m terrible at getting photos 🫣

💘 treat my colleagues to this jam packed valentines pink and white choccy rocky…there’s got to be some perks of nightshift! 💘

🤍 not normally a huge lover of rocky road but this was delightful - loaded with jammy dodgers, party rings, marshmellows and jelly love hearts…the girls kept going back for more and it kept us powering through til morning 😴

✨ hiya…belated merry christmas and happy new year! ive been so busy with work and festivities I’ve not had a second to do any baking!

I made 3 of these brownie yule logs over christmas (again I forgot to take a single decent photo of one!) with one being for my work colleagues, one for my family for Christmas Day and one for my boyfriends family for Boxing Day!

they were absolutely delicious if I say so myself…brownie with an orange & white chocolate whipped ganache filling then covered with Terrys chocolate orange and then absolutely drenched in gold edible glitter ✨

I’m honestly glad to see the back of 2023 and excited to see what 2024 has in store…hopefully soon I can get up and running to start selling my bakes 💛

✨ not much baking happening recently…between work and life I just haven’t really got round to it!
however I did make these last night for my lovely boyfriend to take into work today for his colleagues

i was too impatient to wait to take good photos as it was laaaate so you’re seeing these hot out the oven!

first pic is an OG classic triple chocolate brownie and in the second is an easy little snickers crispy cake! can’t wait to hear the feedback to see if they’ve gone down well! ✨

hiya everyone,

just a little update about why things have been quiet

i’ve been a busy little bee in the kitchen testing and perfecting recipes…some i’m happy with, some not so happy with but i’ll keep tweaking !

swipe to see some of my creations this week - top is millionaires flapjack and bottom is a kinder bueno cookie slices…both delicious ! excuse the awful pictures i forget to take them before giving away most of my bakes!

(also made but not pictured were some biscoff brownies and white chocolate blondies, they went down a treat with my taste testers🙊)

coming soon is Rumours Bakehouse, a home based bakery business providing cakes, baked and sweet treats part time around my full time nhs job 💛

currently awaiting council registration and inspection before i can start fully trading but for now id like to share pics of what’s to come ✨
