Rhubarb Crumble Bars 🤤
We were kindly given some homegrown rhubarb curtesy of our friend George so we decided to make some yummy crumble bars! These are made up of an all butter shortbread base topped with our crumble mix (crumble, roasted hazelnuts and two varieties of rhubarb 😍)then finished with a drizzle of caramel and sprinkle of more roasted hazelnuts 🤤 absolutely scrumptious
