This week's speciality loaf is Lancashire rarebit sourdough.
A white sourdough with strong cheddar, mustard & Henderson sauce (veggie). Think Welsh rarebit, but local!
Also chocolate marble cake, spiced orange cake and Dorset apple cake. Marble crispy bars and rum truffles.
