The dough doesn't know it's becoming a loaf. It probably just thinks everything's getting a bit too hot. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Maybe life's a bit like that.

The pressure, the waiting, the uncomfortable moments! They aren't always there to break us. Sometimes they're simply part of becoming who we're meant to be.

So if life feels like it's turned the oven up a notch, don't lose faith...

We are back open tomorrow (Wed) after a trip to Northumbria for a wedding. This weeks speciality loaf is smoked garlic. Also sticky toffee cake and Polish raisin cake, marble cripsy bars.
