Hi everyone this is a very upsetting post for me to make, but it has now got to the point that I can’t obtain a number of key ingredients for my cakes and those I can get are now at a price that is unbelievable, I’ve informed any remaining customers privately some have been nicer than others, anyone who knows me will know this is not a decision that I’ve taken lightly and will know my passion for my business and that it would never be my intention to take money and not provide a service, for now I’m making an infantry of what I have and I will be selling off stuff over the next few days.
For now I would just like to thank all my past customers for their trust in me over the years 🥲

🥞 FAT PANCAKE RECIPE 🥞

Shrove Tuesday is tomorrow
As most of you know I always post my fat pancake recipe on my page every year. Think it’s a tradition now !!

8oz SR Flour
3oz castor sugar
2eggs
200ml milk (or 300ml buttermilk)

🥞Beat eggs and sugar till light and creamy
🥞Sieve flour and add to creamed mixture
🥞Gradually add milk beating well
🥞Pour in small amounts into a med heat non stick pan
🥞When bubbles form it's time to flip over to other side
🥞If it's too dark/light turn heat up or down accordingly
