Alright ol’ butt? Still using the Facebook? What yer been up to?
We've been a bit quiet on yer recently. This whole social media thing is a bit draining, chunt it?
Instead, weve mostly been beavering away in the bakery. Trying to make real bread and tasty cakes. We've been busy learning from our wonderful customers, farmers, millers and growers. We’ve visited the farms where our wheat is grown and spent time at the mills watching the grain being stoneground into lovely flour. Weve been lugging heavy flour bags, cleaning dirty walls, and and fixing broken ovens (nearly!). We"ve been hosting market stalls, and attending conventions (winning prizes along the way!). In this time we've also celebrated 50 years of existing as a bakery in this lil' ol' town of Coleford.
