Light, slightly chewy, with a flavoursome golden crust. Our sourdough focaccia is a big favourite on a Friday morning.

The wheat is sourced from the Cotswold Grain Network and milled locally by . Fresh rosemary is collected across the road from The Choice Is Yours Fruit & Veg Shop, and the sea salt/olive oil from our award winning neighbours

We have teamed up with the guys at Crafty Pickle Co. Fermented Foods to produce a wicked new sourdough kimchi focaccia!

This tongue tickling flatbread is full of flavour and diversity. Good for the gut, good for the soul!
..Also good for the environment! Organic flour from Matthews Cotswold Flour is used to naturally leaven the dough. Soil health is paramount.

Top idea, Roger. I yer they got CHILLI & GARLIC (chicken, cheeee & chorizo), ROSEMARY & SEASALT (cheese & ham), and TOMATO & BASIL (hummas, pesto, tomato, spinach). ๐Ÿง”โ€โ™€๏ธ
