We have exciting opportunities to join our well-established team in Colchester, supporting adults with learning difficulties, autism, epilepsy and other additional needs.

We’re looking for people who are caring, reliable, passionate about supporting others and committed to promoting independence, choice and dignity. 🌟

🌟 WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

💙 Person-centred support and care

🍽️ Personal care, food preparation and mealtimes

🛍️ Supporting activities such as shopping, college, swimming and cinema trips

🙌 Promoting independence and choice

🛡️ Supporting health, safety and wellbeing

📝 Cleaning and record keeping

⏰ THE DETAILS

📍 Colchester, Essex

⏰ 42–48 hours per week

📅 Every other weekend

☀️ Day shifts only

🚗 Full UK Driving Licence required

Today has been all about teamwork, laughter, and a little friendly competition as everyone got involved in our Sports Day! 🎉 From cheering each other on to giving every race their best effort, it’s been a fantastic day filled with smiles.

To top it all off, we had a visit from the 🍦 ice cream van – the perfect way to cool down and celebrate a brilliant day!
