Editorial weddings 🤍✨️

It was such a joy working with Nadia and Shane on their wedding cake. From the moment we started chatting, I could tell they were a lovely couple with a clear vision for their day. Together, we created a three-tiered Lambeth-inspired vintage wedding cake, complete with black detailing and satin bows that tied in beautifully with their wedding’s colour scheme. The addition of a 'Forever' black acrylic on top was the perfect finishing touch.

One of my favourite parts of their day was the idea of two cake-cutting moments with Nadia’s two stunning dresses. Such an original and beautiful way to mark the different moments of their celebration, and it was amazing to see the photos from these two gorgeous moments.

Everything about their day felt so thoughtful, and their kindness and warmth made it such a pleasure to be a part of it. Their photos capture not only their beauty on the outside but also their wonderful, genuine hearts. It was an absolute honour to be a part of their special day, and I’m so happy to have had the opportunity to help bring their vision to life! 🤍

A truly enchanting wedding at Gosfield Hall 🤍

Every detail of Sarah & Ashraf’s day was pure magic, from the grandeur of the venue to the soft whispers of florals cascading down their cake.

It was such a pleasure to be part of this beautiful celebration, working with a couple who knew exactly what they wanted; delicate yet impactful.

The three-tier cake, wrapped in textured buttercream and adorned with soft hues of lilac, blue, and cream, was the perfect fit for their timeless, romantic theme.

Editorial Essex Weddings... ✨️

It was an absolute privilege to create Nadia & Shane's wedding cake in January for their stunning editorial-style wedding at Gosfield Hall!

Their vision was refined, timeless, and perfectly aligned with my design ethos, and let me tell you, nothing beats working with couples who share the same style and vision 😍🤌. Enquiries are always a two-way conversation. It wouldn’t make sense for me to take on a couple whose vision I didn't connect with or feel excited about; we just wouldn’t be the right match. Nadia and Shane brought the perfect balance of design alignment with a kind, warm personality, which made working with them such a joy!

We decided on a three tier vintage Lambeth piped vanilla bean buttercream cake, accented with delicate black bows and a matte black acrylic topper. The end result was a striking showpiece that complemented the grandeur of their day and blended seamlessly with every carefully chosen detail.

What made this booking even more special was the personal connection between Nadia, Shane, and I. Sharing the same wedding planner, Jess, was such a beautiful touch. It brought back memories of my own wedding day at Gosfield and how seamless she made our day feel 🥹. It was wonderful to work with her again, but from a completely different perspective. I feel so lucky to do this job and relive the magic of places like Gosfield!

A huge thank you, Nadia & Shane, for trusting me with such an important part of your day. It was truly an honour to be part of your wedding, and so, so wonderful to work with you both! I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness.

There is nothing more special than hearing from couples months after their wedding and knowing their cake is still being talked about!

This beautiful three-tier wedding cake was created for a stunning wedding at Gosfield Hall, with a bespoke gluten-free top tier so everyone could enjoy a slice with confidence.

From thoughtful flavour pairing to allergen-safe structure, every detail was carefully considered. Exceptional cakes should be as inclusive as they are elegant.

To be trusted with such an important part of Sarah & Ashraf's day, and to hear that it’s still remembered six months on, is the greatest compliment of all!

Happy New Year ✨

Today, I am taking a moment to pause and feel truly grateful for every couple who trusted me with their wedding cake in 2025 — being invited into such meaningful moments is something I never take for granted. Thank you all for choosing me!

I’m really looking forward to the year ahead, the new designs, and the couples I’ll be creating for. My 2026 diary is now open for a limited number of weddings. Send me a DM to check availability and receive a free bespoke quote.

I’m easing back in today as I spend one last day with family, but I’ll be back to admin tomorrow and replying to messages then.
